Physical Education is a university-wide discipline program.

The program of the discipline "Physical Education" is made in accordance with the educational programs of the first bachelor's degree of higher education for all specialties of the university.

Interdisciplinary Relations: The discipline is based on theoretical knowledge, practical and physical education, learned in the principles of social (sociology, psychology, culture) and natural science (biology, physics, chemistry, hygiene, the basics of anatomy and physiology). It provides the process of mastering the knowledge and technologies of healthy lifestyles and is the basis for the study of the disciplines "life safety", "culture of health", "psychology of health".

    The purpose of the course

The purpose of the discipline "Physical Education" is the formation of students' health-forming competences within the framework of human culture.

ABILITY:

- maintain an adequate level of physical health, physical and mental performance;

- to develop basic vital professional and applied motor skills;

- to form motivation to exercise and exercise as a component of a healthy lifestyle.

- methods of individualization of physical activity during physical exercises, methods of self-control;

- methods of increasing the level of functional state of the body;

- methods of physical improvement by means of physical activity and sports;

- the basics of forming a healthy lifestyle;


SKILLS:

- use physical education to increase physical and mental performance, develop physical qualities, restore and maintain health;

- to exercise control and self-control over the functional state of the organism;

- use swimming skills;

- use motor activity and sports activities to achieve personal and professional goals.

- use motor skills in the selected sport and physical activity for physical improvement;

- ensure the preservation and enhancement of individual health, while maintaining an adequate level of physical condition.

Educational practical classes are conducted on innovative pedagogical technology of free choice by students of a form of physical activity (type of sport) taking into account the state of health (basic, preparatory group, interests of students, their physical and physical (technical) preparedness, sports qualification.

Students with disabilities and health disabilities are engaged in the study groups of special medical unit departments.
