To successfully master the discipline, students must belong to the basic or preparatory medical group due to their state of health.

There is a need to develop students' ability to maintain a sufficient level of physical and mental health, physical and mental performance;  to develop basic vital applied motor skills;  to form motivation to engage in physical activity and sports as a component of a healthy lifestyle;

As a result of studying the discipline "Martial Arts" students will be able to: use the means of boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, martial sambo, judo in order to improve physical and mental performance, development of physical qualities.
