Athletic gymnastics for students

Athletic gymnastics as a form of exercise and a way of life is one of the healthiest hobbies in the world.  Athletic gymnastics not only improves strength and makes a person physically harmonious, but it is also a wonderful world where will, perseverance and determination are brought up, it is a qualitatively different way of life and thinking.

       Classes in athletic gymnastics are aimed at:

Rating system for assessing the learning outcomes of students in the educational component of Physical Education-2 course

The semester rating of a student in the educational component "Physical Education-2" consists of points that he receives during 3-4 semesters for:

1. performance of test tasks in practical classes;

2. independent performance of a set of exercises (with video confirmation);

3. keeping a "Diary of self-control";

4. performance of modular control work (in two parts).

Rating points calculation system and evaluation criteria:

Third semester

1. Independent performance of a set of exercises (with video confirmation)

The semester rating of a student in the educational component "Physical Education-1" consists of points that he receives during 1-2 semesters for:

1. performance of test tasks in practical classes;

The first semester

NTUU "KPI" national team in sports tourism

 

On October 3-4, 2020, a training camp of the national team of NTUU "KPI" on sports tourism was held under the leadership of the teacher of the Department of Physical Education Soga SM During the gathering, the students practiced the technique of bivouac work, the technique of overcoming natural obstacles and transporting a conditionally injured participant in the ordinary terrain, as well as orienteering on the ground both at night and during the day.
